Product Description
Our BMW E90/E92 M3 aluminum motor mounts eliminate all engine movement for effective power transfer through the drivetrain. The stock rubber BMW mounts deflect as torque moves through the drivetrain, allowing the engine and transmission to move. Designed for racing, our straight bolt-through BMW E9X M3 aluminum mounts are engineered to be both strong and lightweight.
Although our aluminum E90 E92 M3 engine mounts are the hardest available and have a longer life span than other mounts, they are also extremely harsh and unforgiving on the chassis. Cracks may occur around the mount. Any area using aluminum mounts should be reinforced and consistently checked before/after races.
Made of solid CNC’d 6061- T6 aluminum. Engineered for a perfect fit. Kit includes two engine mounts with hardware included.
NOTE: The material used for the trans mounts must be compatible with the material used for the motor mounts. Why is this?
